Connection issues
Check your internet connection, select an active location, and make sure Android VPN permission is granted. If the problem continues, try a different location.
Changing locations
Disconnect the current session first, then select another active location and connect again.
Free quota
Free includes 1 GB of VPN usage per month. The quota renews at the end of the period.
Premium
Harman Premium offers unlimited VPN usage and does not show ads. It uses the same active locations as Free.
Private Browser
Private Browser is a temporary in-app browsing space. To route traffic over the VPN, start a VPN connection from the home screen first.
Account and device management
Use the relevant screens in the app for email verification, password reset, and account and device management.

Where can I download HarmanVPN?

Does HarmanVPN Free contain ads?
Free users may see advertisements during supported app interactions. Harman Premium is ad-free.
Does Premium unlock additional VPN locations?
No. Free and Premium use the same active VPN location list.
What happens if an ad cannot load?
Advertising availability does not determine VPN availability. If an eligible ad cannot be shown, the requested VPN action continues.
Is HarmanVPN available on iOS?
Not yet. The live client is Android. iOS is coming soon.
Why can’t I connect to a coming-soon location?
Only active locations accept connections. Coming-soon cities are visible for planning only.
Can I buy Premium in the app today?
Yes. Upgrade to Harman Premium inside the Android app via Google Play. Monthly is $2.99 and yearly is $29.99. Store prices may vary by country, currency, and applicable taxes.
Does Private Browser connect VPN automatically?
No. Connect from the home screen first, then open Private Browser.
What Android version do I need?
Android 7.0 or later (API level 24 minimum).
How do I delete my account?
Use Delete account in the app or the account deletion page on this website.
