One-tap connect and disconnect
Start and stop VPN from the home screen. Android asks for the VPN permission when you begin a session.
Manual active-location selection
Choose among Istanbul, Berlin, Amsterdam, London, and New York. Coming-soon cities stay visible but not connectable.
Monthly usage visibility
Follow receive and transmit traffic in the app, including remaining Free quota when you are on Free.
Free: 1 GB VPN usage per month
Free accounts include 1 GB of monthly VPN usage. Ads may be shown. All active locations are available.
Harman Premium: unlimited and ad-free
Premium includes unlimited VPN usage and no ads. It uses the same active location list as Free.
Private Browser
A temporary in-app browsing session designed to clear cookies, cache, history, form data, and web storage during a normal close. Connect VPN first if you want tunnel protection.
Turkish and English UI
Use the app and this site in Turkish or English.
Privacy and advertising preferences
Where ads require consent, preferences are handled through the app’s privacy and consent flows before ad requests are made.
Account and device management
Sign in, verify email, reset your password, and manage your account and devices without a fixed published device-count promise.

How it works
Download on Android
Install HarmanVPN from Google Play on Android 7.0+ (API 24), create an account, and verify your email.
Choose a location
Open the location list and pick an active city. Coming-soon entries are visible but not connectable.
Connect
Tap connect on the home screen and grant the Android VPN permission when asked.
Trust and transparency
We do not intentionally record VPN destination addresses, DNS query content, or browsing content. Account, security, and operational records are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
